Three Signs It’s Time For You To Hand Off Your Content!

How much time does it take you to sit down, make a list of all the content you want to repurpose, and then actually do it?

I’m willing to guess a lot longer than you plan for.

If you’re anything like me you know that what you do is amazing, but sometimes it’s hard to put that feeling into words.

Instead of typing like a madwoman about how amazing and valuable your service or product is, you start going down the rabbit hole of unhelpful thoughts…

“Everyone knows this already”

“Is this valuable enough to post again?”

“Crap, now I have to make graphics for these”

“Ughh why is this taking me so long?”

When you are too close to your content you start to undervalue it and overthink it. Having someone else go into your content and seeing it through fresh eyes is like Christmas morning. Think of it as a client coming across your business for the first time and soaking in all that amazingness.

So how do you know you’re ready to hand off that content of yours to some fresh eyes?

  1. You overthink it to death constantly asking yourself “is this valuable? Does this help someone?” This looks like sitting down to write a blog or post and then staring at the screen for an hour with nothing written.

  2. You keep saying “today is the day!” Knowing damn well today is not going to be the day because you are over it and have more important things to do than sift through all your previous content. Hello focusing on needle movers in your business!

  3. You want your foundation built so you can start marketing on different platforms while not having to physically post every single day. This means scheduled blogs, emails, and social posts! You can take advantage of scheduling when you actually have a content bank to pull from!

If any of those sound like you, it is time to get some fresh eyes on that content of yours!

Let me get all up in there and take this off your plate! I can’t wait to see all your amazing tips, and gems that are new to me….which means they will be new to your audience too. And you can bet your bootay I will grab and repurpose all those valuable nuggets!

Your content deserves a fresh life, you deserve to have your time back.
